Nothing.

Ok. Im totally cluless how you got this one. Continue to surprise me.
At the face of it: I'm thinking the horned bull-ish thing is some sort of mascot for texas/uni, and hook 'em some sort of phrase related to it that americans would come up with. We all know our genies. I'm just hoping it's not a sports thing!
